Insurance is likely going to be a driving force in membership fee requirements. Agreed. Has anyone looked in to signing up for commercial liability insurance before? Perhaps we could poke around for some quotes to see if it's even feasible? Insurance and facility costs will be the two biggest recur...

Minneapolis Warehouse District

There are some great spots over here in downtown Minneapolis. The Warehouse District has some great spaces in it. I'm not sure about cost, but the guys that run the XBox modders haven Llamma's Adventures have a nice-looking warehouse/retail rental there.
