The Seward Neighborhood Group is running a garage sale on the 13th and 14th of May.

Anyone interested in participating? We could use it as a chance to sell off some unwanted stuff from the shop, sell some of the things we may have made but don't want (as a fundraiser), or sell stuff from home that we don't need anymore and feel okay donating the proceeds to TCM.

I am unlikely to be able to take Friday off from work (since I'm taking the following Friday and Monday off and I'm behind already) and I suspect I'll be at the Science Museum on Saturday (it's Make day again and I'm planning on being there with the breadboard), which means I may be able to bring stuff to sell but I can't be there to man tables much, if at all.

seriously though it might be worth having an quasi formal open house during it if folks have things they want to get rid of. uptown, do you know if a parking lot craft sale sort of thing would be appropriate? e.g. ork hawking a bow or two?
