There is a new Minnesota Virtual Reality and Human Computer Interaction (MN VR & HCI) group that meets at the Nerdery on the fourth Wednesday of the month. It originally formed by developers working with the Oculus Rift 3D virtual reality headset.

The 7pm Wednesday, August 28, 2013 MN VR & HCI meeting will be held next week and features the Arduino based project (now a successful Kickstarter project), the Choosatron, developed by Jerry Belich.
I first saw the Choosatron at the Arduino.MN group when he was working on it. Also, Jerry Belich and I were on the same Arduino panel at the Convergence 2013 convention last month. I think his Kickstarter campaign has gone well.
If you are interested in seeing this project, I encourage you to attend this talk.
