One final blurb, for those who weren't able to make it...
There were about 20 makers there throughout the evening. We went around the table and introduced ourselves, what we do for a living, what some of our interests are. Then, since the cafe was pretty noisy and the table was so long we broke it up into smaller conversations around the table, talking more about peoples projects, some things from Make, internet memes, conventions some people go to. It was great fun!
At the end of the evening there was pretty much a consensus about having weekly get togethers. Keeping them mostly casual, not trying to conduct 'official, serious business' for a while because we're all interested in the info that Paul is gathering from the other spaces around the country. Learning from others experiences can save us time and money in the long haul.
Pictars soonish. Also, I'm terrible with names, who had the Nikon camera? Post yours up as well.

We hope to see more people next week!
