Friends,

You might notice that time stamps on this bulletin board are incorrect, probably one hour in the future. At the main page, before logging in to the bulletin board, the time displayed at upper right should be correct in Central Standard Time. After logging in, it may be incorrect. To fix this, after logging in, go to the User Control Panel and make sure your personal time settings are proper. For users in the Central Standard Time zone, this would be:

My timezone: [UTC - 6] Central Standard Time
Summer Time/DST is in effect: No

I noticed I was seeing the wrong time again on the bulletin board. If you're seeing this problem too, see the first post in this thread and make a correction:
Summer Time/DST is in effect: Yes

Yea, unfortunately vanilla phpbb does not have an automatic DST setting. You need to manually change it each Spring and Fall.
