Another forum topic for supplies and equipment - both needed and available, might be good. A wiki would be better for that list, though, most likely.
After all, we should have stuff to fill a new space with, yes?

Alright:
Initial Equipment - Laser Etcher/Cutter- Can always come in handy -CNC mill - Great for making anything custom plus millions other reasons -Wood-working equipment -Traditional Metal-working equipment -Lots of programming and design software -Lots of electronic equipment and electronic prototyping hardware -equipment for working with fiberglass and carbon fiber -Beer/Beverage fridge -rent-able work areas/pods Later Equipment -3D Printer - coolest thing on the planet, but unfortunately not in the necessary category (if services needed more imediate contact me) -3D scanner - see reasoning for "3D printer"
Not necessarily equipment, but an easy way of ordering supplies, say through a bulk discount or through the shops digikey account for example, maybe a component vending machine?

Also later equipment: Truck to assist in hauling projects/materials. Though this might be something we could find cheap and fix up...

I'm a little sketchy on where "makeing," art and craft have boundaries.
At Tech Shop they have a sewing room with sewing machines, an embroidery machine and a heavy-duty machine for sewing e.g. leather. What about other fiber-craft utility? I think that a full-feature wood/metal/plastic shop is more important but after that, what room is there for clay-working equipment?
Tech shop sells stock to members. Is this like that?
What about semi(?)-private, or at least dedicated, storage? Do we take big projects out with us every day?

I think the Make and Craft categories can be pretty fluid. I agree that we should have some space for such projects, but how much and what equipment will probably depend on the type of people that show interest in this.

There's a lot of Supplies & Equipment can be used in working like construction or building a house or anything... and sometime you can use a plastic industry in working right?
SPAM Do people really have this much time on their hands? To find specific posts and spam somewhat related content.
