so, I was thinking, perhaps we should also list somewhere the other groups in the cities that have related mindsets . . . clockmakers guild, guild of metalsmiths, woodworker guild, etc.

I would expect that each of these groups has members who don't have shops or perhaps a more global need for space to work.
