I am 100% sure I have seen this before, so please forgive my laziness in asking here, and if I need to go take a flying leap at myself and exert a modicum of effort to look it up myself, please tell me, but this is my question:
Do we have a hard target number for number of members that puts us in the black going forward?
thanks!
also, if this isn't the place for this question, feel free to nuke my reply and I'll stick it elsewhere.
Thanks for the work on this B-Man, very well done and appreciated.
Riley

with the number of student members we have we are looking at 90-100. We are doing ok with numbers we have if everyone pays ontime but if we want to pay for anything other then rent more members is better.

The snack/soda machine are not TCM's so are not tracked here other than what i kick in as donation. I do not have a breakout of box specific donations its in the 6k direct donation its just odd how it rounded out between all the donation sources.

I thought I've been contributing to TC Maker all along by making conscious choices to purchase my beverages from the soda machine when I can. I think we should put a note on the machines then that purchase profits do not go toward TC Maker finances.

TCM did not pay for the machine or stock it every week. When they are paid off i am going to donate the machines themselves to the group. Until then i only make $20 a month in actual profit the rest is either cost of goods or a donation to the group. If this was about making money for myself the prices would be higher and match what other machines are charging.

I'd like to say thanks for all the hard work Brandon puts in making sure that we have cold soda and tasty snacks on hand, and the effort he made to get the vending machines when the honor system worked.. erm... interestingly.
If you're clearing a "profit" of $20 a month,I think that works out to about 18 cents an hour for the time you put in just at the space. I'm not counting the time you spend buying the stuff, the time and mileage to get it to the space, etc.
It's worth a lot more than that, so it all reads as volunteer time to me.
Thanks man.
