I've got Eclipse up and going with Subversive as the repository connector. Let me know if you need help setting up this environment to dig into the code.

I'm still plugging away at this but I also just came across how PS:One is maintaining their tools database with a wiki and dynamically generating SVG images based on simple wikimedia templates.
