Chris' text has "musical performances and more," whereas mine has "musical performances and socializing." We should synch these up. Chris' poster at first glance looks to be 11x17? [EDIT: Oops, I see now that Chris' post stated 11x17.
Also, Jude, I've asked Brandon to create a "mmf[-at-]tcmaker.org" email address which would redirect to your personal email address. I think this would accomplish what you want for being the point person on communications. When you reply to any inquiries though, you'd want to be sure to reply from the "mmf" alias, or I think we have a webmail page you can use to respond from. The webmail page would not reveal your personal email address.
Chris, we may not have resources to print up a lot of full color posters. Can you work up a black and white version as well?

Fair@TcMaker makes much more sense. Well, as I mentioned either in a PM to you or somewhere on the forum, last year someone thought people might try to remember "fair" and inadvertently use "faire" as is prevalent on the posters, and get bounced. We could also set up a similar "faire" address that wouldn't be publicized but redirect to you as well, but that's adding some complexity. MMF = Minne-Maker-Faire. Your call. Contact Brandon to affirm which address you'd like, so Chris, I and others know what to use on the posters and communications.

To answer a few comments: Full-color is not a problem. How many copies are needed? I can supply them at no cost to the organization. The text shown in my preliminary draft is not intended to be final. Having said that I see no reason the various versions used are identical in content, though times and general message should obviously be consistent. I took my times, I thought, from the web calendar listing.

There is no immediate rush here. We can take a bit of time and get it right.
