We just used Red Arrow Rubbish Removal for our fence removal in south Minneapolis and it pretty reasonably priced. They were able to deliver next day, on time, and managed to get the dumpster in the driveway off the alley without hitting anything, which was no easy feat.

Some pics of basement work at my house: Framing/wall work to rebuild a bathroom, partition wall, and closet space, and removal of problematic sidewalks outside. Dumpster got full in less than a day.

Work is proceeding on our basement! We're at the point now of finishing walls, painting door trim, and finishing the tile in the bathroom. We haven't made a final decision on ceilings, but probably we'll do a drop ceiling which is boxed around heat ducts and utility pipes/wires. Here are some photos showing the state of affairs today:

Paul, I imagine we'll be pretty close to finished in a a month or so. The guys helping us with the work are only around two or three days a week. I'm not sure how long it will take to design and put in drop ceilings. We will be putting ceramic tiles on the floor. We were able to obtain a large quantity of them, but they consist of several small batches in different styles.

Working on building a better anvil to be a permanent addition to the metal shop. I'll have pics soon, but in the meantime we were having trouble because the plasma cutter probably can't handle 5/8"- so I'm just going to have to pick up more cutting discs to get back to work on it. If anyone's checked out on the oxy gear, feel free to jump in...

That's cool on the Anvil, I saw it in the makings tonight.

I'm hoping to cut some threads on the lathe tomorrow, I think I have the CNC Lathe all setup correctly finally. The last hurdle is a proper bit, which I hope I successfully ground tonight, I'll get pictures, or a movie if I get it working.

Frickin' laser beams is what I'm working on. Laser swords, actually (to keep me, and my customer from getting sued by a certain large movie company for using another term).

I'm making these for a guy who is doing a promo video with some associates of his. They are a bunch of film guys, and this is basically a portfolio piece for all of them. I'm doing it in trade, and he shot a video for my shop, and is helping me work out a couple kinks on my website.
