I brought in a brand new co2 regulator for the group, it is on the parts shelving in a white box and marked "Homebrewing".
I have some Cornelius kegs laying around that I will bring in shortly.
Enjoy

How did the class go? Good turn out? Any pictures?
Spent my day digging out ancient shrubberies in the rain, would have love to have been there.

Oh dear, no pictures. The class went well, and we got 5 ppl introduced to the Hack Factory. 4 hours of brewing, though and I wasn't able to pause to take picts. Particular thanks though, to Jakrabit for helping grab some beer and unanticipated parts. Please let me know if we get any comments/suggestions in the e-mail box.

Alright, I got over on Sunday evening and kegged up the beer. I put it in one of the fridges downstairs. Please do not drink it yet, it's flat! I have the keg lying on it's side to give greater surface area between the CO2 and the beer to promote faster carbonation. It tastes pretty good, with no infection or off flavors detected and seems to have come out correctly on gravity. It's a nice light drinker, a lawnmower or "Gateway" beer as Jude and I dubbed it. Should be ready by the 20th.
