This isn’t just a building; it’s the future long-term home for Twin Cities Maker that will become a vibrant asset for the Twin Cities community.
Not only will purchasing this building increase the size of our workshop by nearly two-fold, it’ll create opportunities for member studios, small business incubation, new disciplines, exciting partnerships with makers and local organizations, and so much more.

Funds raised will not only cover the immediate costs of essential environmental, structural, and architectural analyses but also help to fund the purchase and vital renovations to make the space usable.
