Applications

Interested in vending your work at Twin Cities Maker Fest? Fill out the TCMF Makers’ Market application form. Instructions and further details about participation can be found on the first page of this form. The priority deadline for applying is July 8th. After July 8th, applications will be considered on a rolling basis until the form closes on August 28th, or earlier if all slots are filled.

We are dedicated to supporting communities who have historically experienced undue barriers to participating in craft markets. To reduce these barriers, priority will be given to makers with marginalized and underrepresented identities, including BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and Disabled makers. We will also prioritize new and emerging artists and current TCM members.

After submitting this form, please email 1-5 photos of your work to tcmf@tcmaker.org to be considered.

*UPDATE: Due to a high volume of applications, we have closed our vendor applications early! Thank you for your interest in vending at TCMF!*

If your group/organization would like to have a table at Twin Cities Maker Fest without vending made goods, please fill out the Non-Vendor Tabling Application.

If you would like to vend ready-to-eat food or beverages at the event, please fill out the Food Vendor Application. This includes food trucks, stands, and carts. If you are selling prepackaged or cottage goods, please fill out the regular vendor application above. This will be an alcohol-free event.

Please reach out to tcmf@tcmaker.org if you are interested in:

  • Securing a time slot to perform in our performance area (any kind of performance welcome: music, dance, theater, puppetry, etc.)
  • Holding a hands-on activity or demonstration
  • Other ideas to celebrate and represent the wide variety of making throughout the Twin Cities!
