This information will never be linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person. We use outside credit card processing companies to bill members for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order.
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted in a secure way. Our systems do not store credit card data. We also protect your information offline. Only volunteers who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g. billing or member service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

From time-to-time TCMaker may request information via surveys. Survey information will be used solely by TCMaker, for purposes of monitoring or improving the use of Twin Cities Maker’s facilities and the satisfaction of its members.
